Make this Advent season a season of prayer. Use the prayers of Scripture, the Lord’s Prayer, the Psalms. Use your own prayers, written or from the heart. But take time to call on God our Father and pray, “Deliver us from evil.” Satan cannot stand in his presence. Jesus’ cross has sealed his fate. He knows he’s lost. Our God stands beside us with his love. With him we are safe forever.
